This is a combination baby rattle and "teether" by Napier. Comes with the original box which is marked on the bottom with, #162 S/S Multi Ring Rattle P. The rattle appears to be in unused condition. Both silver rings are marked Napier Sterling, and are on a lucite rod. The knob ends and other three rings seem to be made of a similar material as well. Lovely porcelain invalid feeder. Pretty Cobalt blue delft style pattern. Measures 6 3/4" from tip to handle. No maker mark but most likely German made. The numbers 1733 are impressed in the base. Condition is excellent.
