| English oriental polychrome ironstone 10" bowl in Wood and Brownfields' Pat No 328. In very good condition with just the slightest sign of use or wear. Marked with the W&B printed backstamp coat of arms/"Dieu et Mon Droit", and "Improved Ironstone China", found on page 89 and bowl on page 95 in Tim Peake's wonderful book "William Brownfield and Son(s) Illustrated Guide 1837-1900", which dates introduction to 1842. By Wood and Brownfield, Cobridge Works, Staffordshire, England. Measures 10-1/4" across and 1-5/8" deep. Circa 1840s. Please inquire as to availability. | ||
